Salado Creekside Business and Arts Campus is located in the beautiful small community of
Salado, TX.  The Village describes itself as "the best art town in Texas.  This opportunity to
become part of the Creekside Business and Arts Campus has tremendous backing and
Salado is midway between  Austin and Waco a few blocks off I 35.  It is a central destination for
Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio travelers. The campus at, 113 Salado Plaza Dr, Salado, TX,
is nestled in a park-like atmosphere right by a creek.  Neither Mapquest nor Googlemap as yet
displays the new available buildings adjacent to Coyote Glass.

Qualifications:
Artists should be skilled working artists who are willing to allow the public to visit during some
scheduled art fairs. They may sell products and/or they may conduct classes. Artists may live
above their studios.  An example of what we are looking for is a glass blower who will set up
shop with a stage for the public to watch and who will conduct classes. A potter could have
enough wheels for classes and space for people to watch.  A dance studio with a viewing room
would work well. Our vision is to bring others into the appreciation of art and be a place where
students can learn.  Artist will collaborate with Salado Arts Workshop to schedule classes,
advertise, and form a calendar of classes and events.

Time line: Until all spaces are leased.  Two buildings are completed with five more in the
planning stages.

Our anchor tenant is Coyote Glass Design which occupies 9000 square feet of the campus.
Coyote Glass Design primarily creates public and private art using carved, cast, and painted
glass.  They are also renowned for their sinks, countertops, tables, mirrors, and doors.

Qualified artists will work with our builder to design and build individualized shell studios.
Artists will finish their space according to their own style.  Skilled artists relocating to Salado
will receive generous rental terms according to their experience, long-term stability, and the
lease agreement length term.

Interested artists should research the Village of Salado,
www.salado.com and if possible visit
the site.  Call the building supervisor,
Joe Price at 512-818-1126 or our leasing agent, Ronnie
Tynes at 254-228-6611
to make arrangements for a site visit.
