| Glass Blowing Take glassblowing classes and become an assistant and then a full blown blower. Rates decrease as you assist. Staff Privately arranged Sept - May Beginning Course Fee: $75 per hour with minimum of 2 hours. Hidden Treasures Artists are well-known for using a wide variety of materials in their work. Students will learn a variety of connection techniques and challenge their imaginations to create assemblages and mixed-media jewelry. Students are encouraged to bring their own objects. Kaleidoscope Wonder This is an amazing class using art techniques and science! Students will also learn patina techniques that can make your work look like an antique. Pate de Verre dates back to the ancient Egyptians, but it really came into its own about a century ago when it was revived by a group of French artists who gave this warm glass technique its current name.
