community. Because the Artist's Way is not some quick fix, but is a true learning process with
life-changing results, the community and support system of the group is vital. Saturday
sessions begin Feb 5th from 9:30 - 11:30 and last for 10 weeks. Buy your book from us or bring
your own book. Journals will be provided--or you can buy your own.

- 7:00 Mixer / dinner, Introduction presentation and tour of contemplative concepts in the
home or Rod and Sheryl Russell, Meditation time
Saturday February 19th

- 10:00 Morning welcome at Salado Arts Workshop 113 Salado Plaza Dr.
- 10:10 Presentation followed by discussion and meditation until 11:30
- 11:30 to 11:40 Break
- 11:45 Presentation followed by discussion and meditation until 12:50.
- 1:00-3:00 Lunch on your own and shopping
- 3:10-5:10 Artistic hands on experiences relating to the joy of engaging in an artistic
activity. Supplies are included. - 5:20 to 6:30 Final Event Presentation, discussion, meditation
- 6:40 Dinner on your own
Sunday
- 10:00 to 11:00 Sunday at Salado Arts Workshop - a time for farewells and extended art
exploration before heading home
